This case report discusses the successful embolization of a rare intercostobronchial trunk-pulmonary artery fistula in a 54-year-old male patient with lung cancer using Amplatzer vascular plugs. The patient presented with a congenital vascular anomaly characterized by a dilated tortuous vessel supplying the lung, which was treated to prevent complications during surgical resection. This case highlights the importance of recognizing and managing rare vascular anomalies in the context of pulmonary pathology.
