This study examined the management of 100 cases of term singleton pregnancies with a transverse lie presentation over 7 months. Most patients (91) underwent a low transverse incision for cesarean section, while 8 had a high transverse incision due to lower segment fibroids or IUGR. Postoperative complications included inadvertent uterine incision extensions in 7 cases and lateral tears in 11 cases. The study aims to evaluate approaches for diagnosing and managing transverse lie presentations.
