What is Return Policy about?

The return policy allows customers to return items within 14 days of receipt if they are in original condition with tags and packaging. Damaged or incorrect items can be reported for resolution, while certain items like perishable goods and sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection, and customers in the European Union have the same 14-day return right for any reason.
