NTPC Limited is inviting bids for the selection of solar power generators to set up a 1200 MW ISTS-connected solar PV power project across India. The minimum project size is 50 MW, with increments of 10 MW, and a maximum capacity of 600 MW can be allocated to a single bidder. The minimum declared Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) required is 21% as specified in the RfS documents.
