What is LFA-M: Lightning Protection Solution about?

The document describes a new type of lightning protection device called a Long Flashover Arrester-Modular (LFA-M) that can protect medium voltage overhead power lines from both induced overvoltages and direct lightning strikes. The LFA-M consists of three flashover modules that allow the total arrester voltage to be applied simultaneously across a long flashover path. This prevents the flashover from developing into a power arc that could interrupt power supply. For protection against direct strikes, LFA-M
