This study investigates the prevalence of Trichomonas hominis and other intestinal parasites in children under six years old with diarrhea at a hospital in Ramadi, Iraq, from May 2019 to May 2020. Out of 200 fecal samples, 97 were found to be infected, with E. histolytica being the most prevalent at 39.2%, while T. hominis and B. hominis were the least prevalent at 2%. The findings indicate higher infection rates in rural areas and among males, particularly in children aged 2-4 years during the summer month
