This study investigates the prognostic significance of DNA aneuploidy, S-phase fraction (SPF), and K-ras-2 mutations in operable gastric carcinoma (GC) patients. Results from 69 patients show that DNA aneuploidy and high SPF are associated with advanced TNM stage and poorer clinical outcomes, while K-ras-2 mutations do not correlate with these variables.
