This research investigates the effectiveness of the Self-Talk strategy in enhancing speaking skills and self-confidence among 20 students at SMK Laboratorium Jakarta. Conducted over three cycles of Classroom Action Research, results showed a significant improvement in speaking scores from an average of 51.6 in Cycle 1 to 76.4 in Cycle 3.
