This paper presents a low-power, inductor-less low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed for wideband applications, operating from 0.1 to 4.2 GHz with a power consumption of 960 µW. The LNA utilizes negative shunt feedback and feedforward techniques to achieve simultaneous noise and distortion cancellation while maintaining low-power input matching. Fabricated in a 65-nm CMOS process, the LNA occupies a small area and demonstrates a peak gain of 15.6 dB and a minimum noise figure of 4.45 dB at 2 GHz.
