What is Learning Diary Entry Example about?

The author called a meeting to discuss a project but felt the participants held back from contributing ideas freely. After the meeting, the participants said they thought the author had already made up their mind. The author realized they need to better communicate their openness to suggestions at meetings. In the future, the author will label meetings as directive, consultative, or collaborative to clarify their intentions and encourage more participation.
