The researcher conducted a survey of 25 first-year law students at Rizal Memorial Colleges to understand their perceptions of the controversial SOGIE Bill. The results showed that 17 students (68%) were not in favor of the bill, while 8 (32%) were in favor. Those in favor believed the bill would help combat LGBT discrimination. Those against argued the bill may be unconstitutional and infringe on others
